Please read the following terms and conditions before purchasing.
Flo-Joe publishes 'Splendid Speaking Expressions' for which it charges a subscription fee. Conditions of purchase You must be 16 or over to subscribe to 'Splendid Speaking Expressions'; otherwise a parent or guardian must purchase the subscription on your behalf. You must provide Flo-Joe with accurate and complete registration information, including valid credit card details. Upon successful registration, you will be asked to create your own user name and password (your 'ID' details). Your 'ID' details will be authorised by Flo-Joe, usually within 24 hours. Once you have received authorisation from Flo-Joe by email you will be able to access our service for the full duration of your subcription (13 weeks/ 91 days). It is your responsibility to update Flo-Joe of any changes to your 'ID' information (including your email address) by emailing: subscriptionchange@flo-joe.co.uk. By submitting your order you are agreeing that we may process your subscription and begin the service. Once we have processed your order, you will not be able to cancel the order and receive a refund of the fee paid. Conditions of use You must not pass on your 'ID' details to anyone else, otherwise your subscription account will be cancelled immediately and no refund (full or partial) will be given. If you believe that someone else has used your 'ID' to access 'Splendid Speaking Expressions' without your authorisation, you must notify Flo-Joe immediately by emailing: subscriptiontheft@flo-joe.co.uk. We will change your access details as promptly as we can. Each subscription for 'Splendid Speaking Expressions' is solely for use by you, or the child upon whose behalf registration has been made. Flo-Joe reserves the right to monitor usage of the 'Splendid Speaking Expressions' service through a user's 'ID' details. If unauthorised users are accessing this Service using your ID then, without prejudice to its other rights and courses of action, Flo-Joe reserves the right to charge you an amount equal to the charges which would have been payable had each unauthorised user subscribed for the Subscription Services themselves. In the unlikely event that Flo-Joe is forced to discontinue its 'Splendid Speaking Expressions' service then you will be given reasonable notice (7-14 days) and you will be given a refund of that part of any fee which relates to the unexpired period of the relevant service. Copyright Unless otherwise expressly stated, copyright or similar rights in all material presented on the Splendid Speaking Expressions! series is owned by Flo-Joe. You are entitled to print or download extracts from these pages for your personal use only and you are not permitted to use such material in any commercial way. Copies of the website pages which you have saved to disk or to any other storage system or medium may be used for subsequent viewing purposes or to print extracts for sole use by you only and must not be made available to another person. You may not (whether directly or indirectly including through the use of any program) create a database in an electronic or other form by downloading and storing all or any part of the pages from this website. No part of this website may be reproduced or transmitted to or stored in any other website, nor may any of its pages or part thereof be disseminated in any electronic or non electronic form, nor included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service.
