Get Speaking Volumes 1 and 2: Terms
Please read the following terms and conditions before purchasing.
Flo-Joe publishes 'Get Speaking' for which it charges a fee. Conditions of purchase You must be 16 or over to subscribe to 'Get Speaking'; otherwise a parent or guardian must purchase the subscription on your behalf. You must provide Flo-Joe with accurate and complete registration information, including valid credit card details. Upon successful registration, you will be asked to create your own user name and password (your 'ID' details). Your 'ID' details will be authorised by Flo-Joe, usually within 24 hours. Once you have received authorisation from Flo-Joe by email you will be able to access and download the Get Speaking Task Sheets for the full duration of your account (14 days). It is your responsibility to update Flo-Joe of any changes to your 'ID' information (including your email address) by emailing: subscriptionchange@flo-joe.co.uk. By submitting your order you are agreeing that we may process your subscription and begin the service. Once we have processed your order, you will not be able to cancel the order and receive a refund of the fee paid. Conditions of use: You must not pass on your 'ID' details to anyone else, otherwise your subscription account will be cancelled immediately and no refund (full or partial) will be given. If you believe that someone else has used your 'ID' to access 'Get Speaking' without your authorisation, you must notify Flo-Joe immediately by emailing: subscriptiontheft@flo-joe.co.uk. We will change your access details as promptly as we can. Flo-Joe reserves the right to monitor usage of the 'Get Speaking' service through a user's 'ID' details. If unauthorised users are accessing this Service using your ID then, without prejudice to its other rights and courses of action, Flo-Joe reserves the right to charge you an amount equal to the charges which would have been payable had each unauthorised user subscribed for the Subscription Services themselves. Copyright: Unless otherwise expressly stated, copyright or similar rights in all material presented in the 'Get Speaking' series is owned by Flo-Joe. You are entitled to download and print and photocopy these task sheets for use with your students only. You are not permitted to pass on the Get Speaking Task Sheets electronically or in hard copy form to other instructors. You are not permitted to use such material in any commercial way or attempt to resell the Get Speaking Task Sheets as a standalone product or as part of a wider service. Copies of the 'Get Speaking' task sheets which you have saved to disk or to any other storage system or medium may be used for subsequent viewing purposes or to print for sole use by you only for use with your students only. You may not (whether directly or indirectly including through the use of any program) create a database in an electronic or other form by downloading and storing all or any part of the pages from 'Get Speaking'. No part of 'Get Speaking' may be reproduced or transmitted to or stored in any other website, nor may any of its pages or part thereof be disseminated in any electronic or non electronic form, nor included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service.
